Hi guys 👋🏾 I've had quite a few people mess

Hi guys 👋🏾

I've had quite a few people message me asking where I've been so I figured I’d make a post to update everyone.

I've decided to take a break from Instagram/blogging. While I love connecting with you all and sharing my life in this space, I don't have the mental capacity to do so at this time. If I can be completely honest, my personal life is currently in shambles and I can't show up here as my best self for you all right now.

Not sure how long I'll be gone or if I'll ever be back, but I owe it to you all to at least let you all know that I'm alive and well.

God willing, maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to share my story to help someone else. Please keep my kids and me in your prayers and it's been an honor to connect with you all over the past three years.

For those that I have been able to meet in person, I cherish every one of those friendships.

I love you all and please respect my wishes by not DMing me asking what's going on unless I know you on a personal level.

Father’s Day came early for for my dad AD

My dad asked for a new solar-powered light for Father’s Day. We headed over to Walmart and he picked out this @hypertoughtools light. It was so easy to install and elevates their walkway.

Spending the day catching up on chores and doing a million and one loads of laundry lol I still haven’t quite figured out a doable laundry schedule for the family. But at least Joi’s laundry smells good with @nineelements Lavender laundry detergent I grabbed at @target. How often do you wash laundry a week?

Getting ready for the day is a little easier now thanks to @ergobaby AD

As you can imagine, life with a newborn can be hectic, especially in the morning and the hours between school pick-up and bedtime. Babywearing has been a lifesaver, but I recently got my hands on the Ergobaby Evolve 3-in-1 Bouncer, and it's a game changer.

Today was Jade’s last day of school and we’re kicking off summer with @drumstick and celebrating their 95th birthday. What are you looking forward to the most this summer? #drumstick95 #summersnacks

3 months ♡

I know I’ve been fairly quiet lately, but life has been lifeing, okay. Let’s just say that God put me on His Strongest Soldier list again this year 😩 I’ve spent mornings and nights reading my @shereadstruth bible and @thedailygraceco studies. I know that God is using this season to help push me closer to Him and further into my purpose. I think I’ll be a bit more open and vulnerable on my blog. So stay tuned and think of me when you say your prayers daily.

Slowly transitioning back to #WorkingMomLife

It’s hard to believe that in a month from today I’ll be heading back to work. It’s so bittersweet. I’m not mentally or emotionally ready, but I know my girl will be fine a few days a week without me thanks to @nanobebe. I picked up this complete feeding set from @target and it includes everything Nana will need to help make this transition smooth. It includes 2 Flexy Silicone bottles (which we absolutely love), breast pump adapters, a bottle warmer, 4 slow flow nipples and a bottle brush for easy cleaning. I’ll definitely be cherishing these last few weeks we have together.

Hi guys 👋🏾

I've had quite a few people message me asking where I've been so I figured I’d make a post to update everyone.

I've decided to take a break from Instagram/blogging. While I love connecting with you all and sharing my life in this space, I don't have the mental capacity to do so at this time. If I can be completely honest, my personal life is currently in shambles and I can't show up here as my best self for you all right now.

Not sure how long I'll be gone or if I'll ever be back, but I owe it to you all to at least let you all know that I'm alive and well.

God willing, maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to share my story to help someone else. Please keep my kids and me in your prayers and it's been an honor to connect with you all over the past three years.
